We source the finest ingredients from both Italy and local Canadian producers. Our flour is imported from Naples, our tomatoes are San Marzano DOP, and our produce is organic and locally sourced whenever possible. All of our pizzas are cooked in our custom maple wood-fired oven, resulting in the perfect balance of crisp and chewy textures.
